This artful take on the classic hall table was developed as an exercise in the blending of high tech and traditional crafting techniques. The maple and purpleheart skirt portion was crafted on a 3 axis CNC router while the mahogany Queen Anne legs were traditionally carved. The glass covered inner shelf features a sunburst pattern of purpleheart and maple, surrounded by the table top of solid mahogany.

The Flirt was a finalist in the table category at the 2009 AWFS Fresh Wood competition in Las Vegas.
