Holly LaPerre and Ben Suttles receive their gift card awards from Stephanie Homman for their furniture designs created in the Senior Furniture Design Studio. The class worked directly with Crate&Barrel to create full scale prototypes of furniture to coordinate with C&B's furniture lines. Häfele USA and Hardwoods Incorporated of Atlanta both helped out with hardware and materials for these projects.

A group of students from the ID Senior Furniture Studio visited the High Point Market recently to see the current state of furniture coming to reatilers soon. During the trip, the group also visited the Häfele USA plant in Archdale, NC and the Linwood Furniture plant in Lexington, NC.
