Designed as a modern take on the traditional hall tree, this piece is crafted of walnut solids and maple accents. The tapered legs and back rest are each tipped in solid maple, while the attachment screws are highlighted with maple dowel covers. The cushioned seat lifts off to reveal a convenient storage area.

This piece was a finalist in the 2008 IWF Design Emphasis Furniture Competition.
