Binary Coffee Table

Designer: Brittany Walsh

Spring 2008

Photography: Alan Harp

Through the translation of binary code, this walnut and maple coffee table pays tribute to GT's slogan " 'Ramblin Wrecks ". The alternate species square blocks represent 1's and 0's. Purple heart was used as an accent in the leg crosses and in a cross form on the top. It is finished with clear lacquer.

This piece is a finalist in the 2008 IWF Design Emphasis Furniture Competition.
