Crafted of mahogany, walnut and poplar, this wave coffee table highlights the bendable characteristics of wood. Through a modular clamping system, 87 layers of 1/4" x 2" strips were glued together to form the sinuous form.

This piece is a finalist in the 2008 IWF Design Emphasis Furniture Competition.
